Western Port Bookkeeping was established on 21st March 2000 by Kim Francis-Pester.
We concentrate on assisting our clients with their BAS and related obligations in conjunction with their existing accountant, so they can work on building their businesses.
Our organisation believes in providing a personal service while ensuring honesty, integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, competence and a high level of experience. Staff possess a solid understanding of double entry accounting and have been involved with manual and computerised bookkeeper over such a large period of time they can understand what is happening in the background of the computerised system to ensure accuracy.
We have experience in MYOB, Xero, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Powerpoint. We work mostly with Windows based computer systems but offer assistance to MAC users as well.
Kim's registrations and Certifications include:
TPB Registered BAS Agent since 14/07/2010.
MYOB partner since August 2006 (using the MYOB software since June 2000).
Xero Certificated since December 2016 and Payroll Certified since June 2017.
ICB Member with Practicing Certificate since 20th January 2012.
